I visited three different storage companies and I immediately chose this one. The prices are incredibly affordable, the units are clean, and the buildings are very secure. The customer service made a huge difference; Sifonia answered all my questions and gave me a tour of the facilities, even showing me the different units so I could compare their sizes. She was very pleasant and helpful.

Sophia was very helpful and easy to communicate with , she assisted me in a timely manner and was very courteous. But when it came down to me getting back in with my code I wasn't able to get in. Gave them a call and was told 4 different times that all my documents wasn't signed so I keep signing and about 2 hour latter final getting a person that didn't give me a run around and all my stuff setting outside the gate got the help I needed from the start to get me in
