Store & Go

I have rented from every storage facility in Sac & each one has did something that cost me more money or caused me lots of problems so I found this facility and the assistant manager was awesome to work with but then I met theamager who lives on the property. One day she was ok and the next minute she would come to my unit and talk to me with attitude for no reason. I was trying to organize my unit since everything had been thrown in when we moved in and I have my dead father and grandmother's stuff along with mine, my daughter and grandsons belongings all in the unit so I spent all day trying to organize it and I didn't have stuff every where, it was neat and put of the way also I'm disabled and was doing this by myself so the manager came and told me I couldn't spend all day doing this I'm suppose to store n go not organize or track or any of that just drop n go I told her I've never heard of such a thing and that's the name of the company store n go.she argued with me, the next day a man approached my truck and threaten me, The only thing I said to him and who are you, he threaten me again..later I found out he's the husband of the manager. Yes very unprofessional. The next day I was approached by manager she was saying things toe that were unprofessional, disrespectful so I chose to not say one word to her because the last time I started calling her on her lies she was saying to me and she walked off. So I guess because I chose to not fight back with words to her she evicted me with no reason listed. Like I said one minute she's ok the next she's way out in left field being disrespectful and unprofessional..During the 3 months and even after I moved out I would get letters stating I owed or I was late soany days and each letter I received I would call to get an explanation because they all were inaccurate and she would tell me yes they are wrong your not late, or yes we received your payment or your rent isn't due yet.. I received 8 letters in 2 months all wrong with inaccurate information. I just wonder how many people receive these and letters and don't have time to look into it and pay the extra money and don't get credit for it. I believe she is not running the business properly and she should not be in charge of running any kind of business the way she does. It's really sad..I tried contacting the owner but she wouldn't give me his contact info but I was able to obtain it but I only was able to leave voice mails and he never returned any of my calls.. yes the price is cheap to rent there but the problems I experience was not worth the cheap storage unit..It was very stressful, unnecessary and didn't need to happen like it did. I don't recommend this place to store any of your items. Also because the place is so old the doors are very hard to open.

Great Facility! I have had a large unit for about two years. It is low-cost, clean, and has a super easy automatic payment system. The front desk worker, Cristal, has been very helpful on all my visits and efficiently answers all my questions/concerns. I have even received courtesy calls if I miss a card expiration update or there is a policy update. No surprise charges! That’s a huge deal for someone who stores long-term, like me. Highly recommend this storage facility.

Front desk lady’s are wonderful and helpful. Cristal was patient and helped me move in fast. She gave me some tips to keep the pest away and haven’t had a problem since.
