Overall a great experience. Sasha was helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy at all! Prices are good, except the $18/month for renters insurance. Still a great price. The manager was also super nice and super efficient!! I was in and out! Record time! Highly recommend .extra space was more expensive my first 6 months. Then it doubled and tripled depending on how I paid!!!!

I had a great experience here. The customer service was excellent. Sasha was super helpful with the U-Haul process and made everything quick and easy. They answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole thing stress-free. Really appreciated the professionalism and friendly attitude. Highly recommend!

Amber was really friendly and knowledgeable as this was my 1st time every using a storage unit. She did an awesome job. And I loved her customer service as it makes me want to tell others of my experience. Keep up the good work 👏
