⭐ 1 Star I wish this review could be under better circumstances, but unfortunately that’s not the case. I moved into a unit in July of 2025. At the time, Michele was the manager and she was incredible. She was helpful, responsive, and actually cared about the facility and the tenants. Best of luck Michele wherever you are — because once she left, this place went downhill fast. I run my business out of a storage unit, and this facility has made that nearly impossible. The security gate is a complete joke. Half the time it’s wide open so anyone can drive in and out. The keypad that’s supposed to secure the gate is constantly broken. There have been multiple times I’ve shown up and couldn’t even access my own unit because the keypad wasn’t working. Then winter came and it got even worse. The property is barely plowed, and snow constantly gets piled directly in front of the unit doors so tenants have to dig themselves out just to get inside. I’ve personally gotten stuck trying to access my unit. The entrance is also in terrible condition. There are chunks of asphalt the size of bricks scattered where you have to drive in and out, and the potholes are literally the size of manholes. It feels like you’re driving through a construction site instead of a business. Just two days ago I watched a man get trapped behind the gate because the keypad on the inside wasn’t working either. He kept entering his code and nothing would open. He literally had to climb over the gate just to leave the property. I’ve called and emailed multiple times about these issues and received zero response. No concern, no follow-up, nothing — and many other tenants have the same complaints. At this point the facility feels neglected and poorly managed. Because of that, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. If management doesn’t start addressing these problems soon, I wouldn’t be surprised if more tenants start leaving as well. This place is quickly falling apart. Then want to raise the price 20 a month lol

This is a faceless corporation that wants to spend $0 on maintenance and management yet collect rent on overpriced storage units every month. They had an incredible manager, Michelle, and either fired her or drove her to quit because of how terrible of a company they are. As soon as she left this place went downhill FAST. Calls are not answered, voicemails are not returned, emails and messages on the Store Space website are not answered. And nobody is ever there in person. There is ZERO customer service or way to contact this company. The property itself is in shambles, the potholes upon entering the lot will rock your world (and your car!) The gate won't work with your code, making the trip over here a waste (again there is NO customer service to help open the gate). Sometimes the gate gets stuck open for days at a time so anybody can go in whether they are a tenant or not. Snow removal in the winter is a complete joke. The units are downright inaccessible unless you want to risk getting your vehicle stuck and shoveling heart attack snow just to gain access to your unit. I COMPLETELY REGRET RENTING 2 UNITS HERE AND I AM IMMEDIATELY TERMINATING THEM. I encourage others to do the same. Money is the only thing that this company cares about- take away the money and watch how quick they get their act together.

One of the best experiences I've had ever ,dealing with a nation wide business . They had a wonderful specialfor the 1st month, I needed only 2 +months of storage while moving . They have their system down , I had the gate code and locker combo emailed to me at 5 a.m. the next day as promised , it's a well lit ,clean and secure sight .Usually nation wide companies service is hit or miss , not this place . To cap it off ,as I was loading my last few trucks , the Manager Michelle in Lackawanna was walking the huge lot , smart , instead of driving , you can use your other senses while looking for any issues . She was engaging and helpful .Im seriously going to see if this company is public and buy their stock . When you expect to be scammed and treated badly and the opposite happens , it just made me happy ,that there are companies out here who still get it .well done to Michelle as well.
