I originally rented a unit at a different location before realizing there was a closer location to me. Before I moved anything into my original unit, I called their phone number and they started the transfer process. Once I went to the closer location and finalized the transfer, I realized how easy they entire staff made the transfer! Everyone was very friendly (both in person and over the phone), the price of my unit is extremely fair, and the knowledge they all have about their systems is well trained and understood! My only complaint would be one of the light bulbs in my unit was going out but I just put one of my light bulbs in its place!
