I wanted to downsize to a smaller stall, since I don’t need as much space, and went to the office and talked with Cal about switching . He was super-helpful and was able to transfer me to a smaller stall while I was in the office. And, he was able to give me a discount for the next four months. Very happy with Storelocal storage. I have been renting a unit here for about a year, and unfortunately my experience has changed quite a bit since I first signed up. During this time, the price of my unit has increased four separate times, which has been frustrating as a long-term customer. I understand that occasional increases happen, but the frequency has been very disappointing. Another concern is that if payment is not made exactly on the 1st, access to the gate is automatically restricted ,which prevents entry to the unit. When trying to call for assistance, it has been difficult to reach anyone, as well as trying to contact them on site. I have gone there several times and no one is at the office so you still cannot access the gate to even speak to them. When I first rented the unit, the pricing and service felt much more consistent. I’m hoping management will consider improving communication and access policies for current tenants. At this point, however, I am seriously considering moving to another storage facility that keeps their consistent pricing or only changes once a year.

Cal was amazing when we got to the storage he was busy with another customer and was close to closing, but was very kind and get up late us taken care. Very professional, friendly, funny and kind. We really appreciated him taking the extra couple minutes to get us hooked up, so we could start moving the next day.
