When I first got my unit, the people there were awesome. Friendly and helpful. Those people are gone and have replaced by a very rude person who has no people skills. She talks to you in a threatening manner. I will be removing my stuff as soon as possible. If the person at my local location doesn't like to deal with customers, might I suggest find a different job instead of being a rude with people, NOTE: Cleaned out our unit yesterday. There was a homeless person wandering around the building for a good 2 hours. When I went today to cancel my account, I told the lady about it and she just said that they must of come in when someone opened the gate and door. So much for being secure. I'm glad I'm done with this place. $160 for a 5x5 unit. Not anymore.

I’m writing to recommend StorQuest for anyone seeking a clean, well run, and reliable storage facility. I’ve been a customer with StorQuest for over five years and during this time I’ve been consistently impressed with their professionalism, service, and attention to detail. The manager, Delia and her team is truly exceptional, responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go that extra mile to ensure customers feel supported and secure. The property is always well maintained, clean, and organized, which reflects the pride they take in their work. So I do feel confident in recommending the Escondido Stor Quest facility if you are looking for a safe, dependable and professionally run place to store your belongings. PS I forgot to mention it is a temperature controlled air conditioned building making it comfortable to visit anytime of the year

Review for StoreQuest (Visited on 10/23/2025 around 4:00 PM) I visited the StoreQuest office to review my bill and had a few questions regarding some charges. The young woman at the front desk seemed a bit impatient and bothered when I asked for clarification. At first, she responded, “It says right there,” which came across as dismissive. However, she later realized her tone and took the time to explain the charges more clearly, which I appreciated. It wasn’t busy at the time — I was the only customer there — so the interaction felt unnecessarily rushed. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service and communication for future guests.
