The move in was shaky, the door needs to be updated , the young lady Melody stated she checked the door before my move in, later that evening door would not come up . As the door was broken rodents were entering into the storage space. I moved out on 12/26 I been unpacking a finding dead mice through out my bags and boxes . I pray I brought nothing to my new home. The doors needs to be updated .

It was convenient and simple to move in/and through the years the phone payment system was improved, and easy to use, which is a nice convenience. Moving out, and getting the confirmation online made things simple and easy,/thanks Storeroom

I had a fantastic experience renting a storage unit here. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the whole process was so easy. The lady who helped me, whose name I can’t remember was incredibly kind and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure I found the perfect unit for my needs and answered all of my questions with a smile. It's rare to receive such wonderful customer service, and it made a huge difference. I highly recommend this place!
