My experience with Stuf was a disaster. I couldn't access the building at all because they never onboarded me properly, making the Kastle App registration impossible. I spent 3 hours trying to get help during business hours, and no one answered a single call. Their later excuse claiming it was a “holiday” was simply not true, it was not a holiday. When I eventually got in, the unit I reserved was occupied, so was the second one they offered. Only the third unit was actually empty. The level of disorganization was unbelievable. The next day, Stuf emailed me saying it looked like I hadn’t moved in yet, which perfectly captured how disconnected and dysfunctional their operations are. I responded twice asking for confirmation of my unit. No reply. When I finally spoke to someone on the phone, they told me to email the same address again, and still no one responded. This company is completely unprepared to run a storage facility. The stress, wasted time, and total lack of support make this service absolutely not worth it.

I ignored some bad reviews, DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. Access app does not work. I was stranded for 3 hours on a Tuesday afternoon with all my belongings on the street. No one to help, no one answers the phone. A traumatic experience not worth the cost or location. We need to organize a therapy support group for Stuf’s clients.

Good customer service but that’s it. It’s a company with which loops and holes are all over in its contracts. Make sure to read carefully or before you know, you are billed all the way until two months later. Not worth doing any storage here while you could use self or the other companies.
