I have been a customer for over 12 years at this facility. Joan has always been extremely helpful and understanding, as long as you communicate with her, she will do her best to help you in any situation! I am thankful for her! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

Great Location! Great Owners! & Joan at the front desk office is EXTREMELY NICE. They will always work with you as well as keep your belongings safe! MULTIPLE TIMES.... I have forgotten to put my lock back on my unit.... & Every time Joan called me and asked if I would like her to lock it up for me and she will be there to open it back up for you at no coast at all! Once again, because it is justified... TAYLOR MADE STORAGE IS GREAT.

A pretty well run facility that's clean and modern. The best in Manhattan frankly. There's no protective fence but they have cameras. Their manager is also always available during the day which is not true at some other storage vendors. One thing you all need to be aware of. We paid for our storage for six or seven months in advance from June or July through January 22 As a result we got a break in price. We cleared the storage September 17. We expected a discounted refund of some kind, discounted price or not. I guess we didn't read the fine print. They tell me it was in the contract. Since I'm still in the local area I wanted go back and put a lock back on it and us it the rest of the time until I leave. I was told that it was re-rented back out. This seems like a deceptive or bad business practice to me regardless of what's in the contract. So just beware. Is it worth pursing other options at this time...I don't know but looking at it.
