Great experience at Terra west U-Haul. Arrived to pick up the equipment, the gentleman was extremely helpful, very polite. Brought the truck back earlier than expected. The gentleman came right out to help us check the U-Haul in. We left in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend using this location. I will go back again in the future!

I’m speechless after visiting here to get a U-Haul. Jay is an amazing person but his customer service is so warming and welcoming. That was the easiest process I’ve ever been through. Can’t thank you enough! Thanks Jay!

Not a great experience. I tried to call the number on google multiple times and nobody answered or called me back. Had a trailer reserved through U-Haul, first off they were not helpful at all when on site, then none of my cards would work with their machine and they didn't take cash or check. Went to a different U-Haul in town and everything went smoothly. I will not be going back here for any business whatsoever. **Update after business reply: I appreciate your response, flooding and construction are definitely out of your control, but being more friendly and respectful to a customer definitely are not out of your control.
