The Spare Room Self Storage Facility

I have rented storage from the spare room two times. Both times, the ladies in the office have been very helpful, accommodating and eager to please. I can't say enough how pleasant it was to work with this company. The easy access to pay bills online is very helpful. We had rented one of the climate control units. The buildings, the storage room and the hallways were always kept very clean. If and when I need use of a storage facility, I will come back to the spare room again! One other benefit is excellent location!

My experience with The Spare Room storage facility was excellent. The staff there was extremely helpful. She explained the information I needed very well and made my move-in and move out very simple. I will definitely use their facility again if/when I need storage.
