Top Storage

Top storage has been really great as a company overall. I do wish they did pest control at their facilities tho bc we had mice destroy everything that wasn’t solid furniture in my unit and had an abundance of stink bugs in the unit. Other than that this company is pretty great to use for storage here in town.

Answered my questions, was polite and friendly. The only issue i have was I was a long time renter of a parking space. And end space became available and I asked if I could switch spots so it would be easier for me to get my 32 foot trailer in and out. Rather than allowing a long term tenant to just switch parking spots. They allowed me to switch at twice the price I was paying.

Clarence made this process so easy and transparent for me. He truly helped ease my anxiety and worries of obtaining a unit close to a unit I already have. Which Clarence did and explained all the amenities of my unit. Thanks for the special discount. I truly appreciate it.
