The facility is clean, well maintained, and feels very secure, which gave me a lot of peace of mind about leaving my belongings there. The staff are genuinely friendly, professional, and always willing to help, whether it’s answering questions, adjusting my unit size, or helping with access. The rental process was fast and straightforward, and the rates are very fair for the level of service and security they provide. I would absolutely recommend Tower Hill Storage to anyone looking for a reliable, hassle‑free storage solution. Honestly speaking, Tower hill storage has been my best experience at any storage company I’ve had in all of Florida and California. Family owned business. Very professional. Very cooperative. And customer service is 100/10. Blessed to have my belongings kept safe here even being 2500+ miles away!

Tower Hill Storage was easy to work with, easy to get to. We rented 2 different units. 1 with AC and 1 without. Good location, it looks clean and well maintained. The staff was nice and pleasant to talk to.

I couldn't be more happy with my storage unit! It's always well maintained and always clean around the storage facility.
