Team is very helpful with ramps and locks that can be used at the facility. the prices are reasonable and there are discounts for longer term stays. Would recommend from my experience

Nice guy/owner (Fred), clean rooms, reasonable rates & no price jacking every 3-6 months like all the chain storage companies. Very satisfied so far. And no need to pay the $7 toll if you coming/ going to San Francisco. This island seems to be developing a lot at the moment.
