Trojan Storage of Puyallup Meridian

A few days before Christmas, we visited the Trojan Storage office looking for a place to store our extra items. That’s when we met Cesar Castro, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about him. Before coming in, we had called the office and were given some incorrect information, which made things confusing. Cesar immediately took the time to clearly explain everything and helped us find the right storage unit for our needs. He walked us through the facility, showed us the unit in person, and explained every detail we needed to know. Moving and storing items is never easy, especially during the holidays, but Cesar made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was kind, patient, and truly cared about helping us. He even provided us with boxes, which we really appreciated. I promised him I would leave a review, and although I got busy with work, I’m very happy to finally do it today. JUST moving in, so this is strictly about a staff, Ceasar. He is so Ceasars and helpful and very transparent about what you should do to keep your belongings safe in long term storage. I really appreciate his time and energy.

Cesar was extremely helpful when picking the right size of unit for me. He walked me around the property and made sure I knew how to work the app before leaving. I rented a U-Haul from the few weeks later and again Cesar was amazing. Would highly recommend this facility
