Thank you Mary and team for the U-Boxes! Mary just picked up the 3 boxes that we had. So friendly and courteous with a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm for a job well done. We will definitely use them in the future should the need arise.

Marcus deserves a raise! I dropped off my van and didn't realize that I had left the clicker to enter my gated community until after I had already returned the key to the drop box. It was 9pm and the office was closed. I called customer service, and Marcus showed up within 10 minutes and helped me get it back! I cannot thank him enough for being so kind!

I currently have U-Boxes stored at this location. I went there today to put some things in, and take some things out. I did not give notice as it was a spur of the moment thing. Since they were able to accommodate my rude lack of notice, they did and immediately brought my boxes to me. Anthony and Armando were both very kind and understanding. I appreciate their help today, and feel that people like this are an asset to U-Haul. Thanks!
