U-Haul Moving & Storage of Battle Creek

Beware, according to this U-haul location it takes 9 gallons of gas to drive their truck 39 miles because the tow feature was on. After looking it up online this doesn't seem accurate. That would be 4.4 miles per gallon. 🤔

Tammara was the absolute BEST! She was EXTREMELY helpful when I first called on the phone. When we picked up, we were running just a bit late but she was AWESOME with helping us out. Her customer service was outstanding even when her computer froze up and she had to restart it. She is a rockstar in your organization!

Had a minivan lined up to get a trailer hitch installed Friday afternoon at 3:00. Upon arrival was told they couldn't install anymore, showed email with scheduled install date, they were not interested in providing a solution. Had to use vehicle for an out of state trip on weekend. Had to scramble around to find a receiver and install myself. Very inconvenient. Would not recommend!
