storage was very clean, climate controlled, double security so i knew my stuff was secured. i have rented numerous trucks here, always clean, smelling like lavender (my favorite) any issues they have either fixed quickly before leaving or got me a different truck! ladies at the office were supper sweet, always smiling, and willing to help every way they could two photos from my time there. one is of the front where we have first security. amazing!!! the second photo is of the truck i rented. super clean drive rly nice

The employees at this location were very helpful and kind, they did a great job helping us on 11/15 when the vehicle we reserved had not been returned by the previous renter in time. Definitely would recommend this location based on the staff.

Made a reservation for 5:00pm for an auto transport got there at 5:00pm waited for 30 mins inside while one of the employees was helping another customer and another was twiddling his thumbs behind the counter. Finally when I was helped they told me they had the trailer ready, I go out there and there’s 2 inches of ice on the loading deck, the driver side inner tire was flat the driver side wheel net was frozen knotted and stuck and the rear license plate was so folded up you couldn’t read it. As I was waiting for them to “de-ice” the trailer which was one lady poking the trailer with a broom handle while the other guy was spraying de-icer on it and watching it, after 30 min of watching that I decided to just take the trailer as it was and deal with it my self. Do you guys just not train your employees on how to handle winter and properly inspect equipment because news flash winter happens every year up here. Thanks for the horrible experience!
