I have used this location quite a few times. They get busy, specially weekends. They are nice and they care about their customers. I would recommend making a reservation online and download the app when dropping off the vehicle. It will save you time!

Renter beware! These people want to scam you! When we rented a truck to move some furniture yesterday we were not told there was an app we needed to upload photos to. Margie let us down here. We noticed when we left the parking lot that the gas gauge was not where they said it was in the contract. I took a photo. We were told to return the truck with the same amount of gas as it has when we took it. We added enough gas to get us back further than where it was. In the 15 minutes between my photo and it being checked back in the gas level was down- presumably because it was at a different angle in their parking lot. When I went to dispute it this morning I was treated callously and with major attitude and a major smug by Carlos who told us we had 15 minutes after the receipt was emailed to dispute any charges. Maybe I should have read every word of the contract they gave us with size 8 or smaller font. But they expect us not to. Carlos was so rude and dismissive and seemed to delight in my frustration. I work in customer service- I would never treat anyone the way he treated me. I know he probably doesn’t get paid enough to care about customers, but it is very clear to me this is a systemic overcharge they do to everyone. And he is happily taking park. As we were leaving a gentleman asked if someone could come outside and verify the gas level of his return and no one would. Carlos just said you should be fine if it is at 3/4. No one cared enough to help another customer who was asking for a small thing. He was concerned as he had been charged $60 for gas previously. Pathetic. As Carlos suggested, I’m going back on Tuesday to chat with Mike the store manager, but I’m not optimistic. I’m sure they make money on each rental by cheating us. They don’t fill up the gas and each of us is left to foot an unfair bill. I’m posting the photos of when I left the parking lot and when I dropped it off. Convenient that they have other photos. I dropped it off 3/4 full. U-Haul are cheaters. Find another alternative.

They never answer their phone. Does not matter what time you call. I’ve been on hold for over 20 minutes multiple times and have to just hang up resulting in really difficult misunderstandings with active rentals since I couldn’t get assistance. They even changed our drop off location to a U-Haul site out of town (without asking us) claiming they would give us a “special price”. They did not, it was the same price and just resulted in an extremely long night of driving after a full day of moving. At least the truck they rented us this time was in proper rental shape which hasn’t usually been the case. If there was another place to rent trucks from on the weekend I would but unfortunately capitalism.
