Erica is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and patient. The app left a little to be desired, it kept taking me back to the beginning or not being clear what it was asking for and she walked me through a lot of it. She had this personality that you felt like you'd been friends forever in the first few minutes of talking to her. She had the truck warmed up for me and went over everything quickly, explained how the return went if they were out of the office or closed. This is definitely going to be my go-to place.

I love Ericka at this location she went out of her way to make sure I was covered on all aspects. I would go back to her location to get another truck for my long distance trip again. Thank you So much Ericka and team.

I had a great experience at this U-Haul location thanks to Erika. She was incredibly kind and understanding, especially considering it was Thanksgiving and I had to return my trailer at the last minute. She reassured me that if I couldn’t make it in time, I could drop it off the next day with no additional charge. I originally reserved a 5x8 trailer, but they didn’t have one available when I arrived. Erika stepped right in and let me use a 5x9 trailer instead—also without any extra fees. That level of flexibility and customer care is rare these days. Erika was very nice to work with, and she turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth, pleasant experience. Highly recommend this location!
