Very friendly and professional. I had a short issue with my bank and the staff Dennis and Arlene, were very help and assured me that I would be fine. And they were correct.💯 Definitely will recommend to family and friends. 👍🏻

We have rented storage units from U-Stor in Orange Park for many years and have never been disappointed. Units are very clean, access is easy, units can be secured with locks which can be purchased at the U-Stor office, access 24/7. Easy and convenient parking, friendly staff, bill pay is easy and secure. I highly recommend U-Stor Orange Park.

9/18/24 In response to management's response: Lies. I never swore once at this representative and while I did hook up the trailer myself BECAUSE ALTHOUGH I HAD ARRIVED FIRST TO AN EMPTY LOBBY, HAD CHECKED IN ONLINE FOR TIMESAVING PURPOSES, AND RECEIVED MY CONTRACT, the rep decided to clear his lobby first, handling ALL customers that came in while serving me, then go outside to assist with the vehicle hookup and inspection AFTER he was done with everyone in the office. I pulled up to the office and waited for him to complete the inspection to ensure it was hooked up correctly. It was at that time he continued to threaten to cancel the reservation and report the trailer stolen. He also refused to help unhook the trailer and complete an inspection at the end of the rental, so he deviated from your own policies. He did what was convenient and time saving for HIMSELF. (Take a look at some of the other negative reviews... he like to cancel reservations when he disagrees with customers). No one was afraid of me - there were two grown men in the office when I made the complaint and they walked out at the same time the rep did, after he completed issuing their contract. The prior customers had already exited to go to the vehicle they were also waiting to receive. I have rented many cars and trucks and trailers from various providers. I have never been asked to wait to receive my rental until all the other customers were served. You can attempt to smear my name, but I am not the one providing a customer facing experience and my request to have my transaction completed IN FULL before assisting others was NOT unreasonable, especially in a situation with a timed contract. By the way, I am sure the individual responding to this review is likely the same person I dealt with, so I wouldn't expect to have any type of gracious management response. Again, I've already decided to avoid this business in the future. I am only trying to save others TIME (REALLY IMPORTANT ON MOVING DAYS) and frustration by posting my review.
