I appreciate the customer service received when I first called. The promised return call was received. Initial unit was ready when stated. When I inquired about moving to a larger unit, I was put on a list. Again customer service was awesome from Ms Jennifer and that unit was so clean. Every word she spoke was on point. Never disappointed. Thanks Ms Jennifer….

When Shawn and her husband was here there was no problems. I've had my belongings in this storage since 2021 and never had issues, my storage was broken into and the new owners acted if they were so shocked and didn't know what was going on. I believe it was an inside job, my two locks had been cut off and an entirely new lock was placed on my storage. I left in August so no need to respond or ask to contact you all. You need to place cameras all over the facility especially in the rear where my unit was, you only have camera on the office and gate, cameras throughout the facility will help, kinda make you wonder why there are no other cameras. The fact that when I said I would call the police the manager said "No, don't do that" but I called anyway.

Jennifer is amazing. 24 hour access. Fixed rates. Can't beat it. A++
