Excellent customer service once again. The store front is super clean and they have just what you need regarding retail. Reese and Matt were very friendly and knowledgeable.

I called around and read reviews about storage unit companies in Conway. Three things were important to us. The location needed to be safe, clean, and at a good price. I called and spoke with Shawn. He was very patient and kind. I discovered that U Storage had everything that I wanted plus my price would be locked in for a year.

Reece/Reese and staff were so nice and so helpful with my transition. Reese was super professional but extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place. Everything was so neat and clean and you can tell they take pride in their business and customers! No complaints at all. They keep you updated and find ways to help you. I don't know about y'all but I appreciate when someone goes the extra mile for you even if they don't have to!
