I love the assistance there and the manager was really helpful and resourceful and educated me how to manage my storage capacity and it was very good to know and I would recommend anyone to here for storage service.

Not sure about the BOTS they have leaving reviews but I am Completely disappointed in the service here. They assist fees to take your stuff. I’m convinced. I was assessed a random $15 fee that I inquired about and was told some one would get back to me. A week goes by nothing, I called almost every day with no answer to my issue. My information was taken every time and still didn’t get a call back. 30 days in they put a $140 lien on my unit. now they have the lien on my property I finally recieved a call after emailing and calling the DM Danni non stop she has an assistant call just to say they won’t remove the lien fee. This place is a scam! Go across the street! Save yourself a headache
