Able to set up an account fast and easy. Front desk was very helpful and made sure I got my desired unit and a great price. She had awesome customer service and showed me the ropes right away.

I appreciate the help of Dan and Dreia I believe is her name. With the different time having to go through my mothers belongings after her passing end up opening a unit in my name to down size. They just made the process easy n were helpful!!thank you guys!!

Worlds worst service ever!!!Bridget was the rudest most disrespectful person in the facility! I had 15 min to closing and being my last day I just needed one trip and would have finished in under 8 minutes she forced me to put my belongings back in my storage and aside from threatening me and yelling at me from inside the building which she was in fact under surveillance she also had my anxiety sky rocket like it has never gotten before I rushed into the hospital right after because of the altercation and I am forced to be in bed rest if there is a manager I can speak to I felt threatened and I also felt as if it was a personal matter due to me rejecting bridget when coming on to me prior to this happening Dan and Drea are the best in the facility they have always made me feel welcomed and in fact if i ever ran into any trouble they are alwYs there. Please if I can get anyone to please contact me id highly appreciate it and my lawyers would too. BRIDGET was hostile and i really do not feel comfortable having my belongings there after today please and thank you and have a blessed day
