After doing auctions for over 20 years, this facility is absolutely the best. Yes the place is clean, roomy and easy to access but the real prize was meeting and dealing with the two most wonderful ladies I have ever met in my life. Kind, courteous, outgoing and they know their job and do it better then I have ever experienced. Hats off too these two and if anyone actually reads these, give them a raise and do whatever you have to keep them because you will never find such wonderful people as these.

I had a great experience thanks to Property Manager, Deonia. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help with all our questions. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, and the manager clearly takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. The process was easy from start to finish, and I always felt like a valued customer. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable storage and excellent customer service.

Scam alert… Updating my review from 5 stars to 1 star: Update: they will randomly increase your rent 100% and say “we have expenses to pay”. My rent went from $71/month to $133/month. I called and they did lower it back down to $72. Pathetic and unprofessional. Below is the review I was pressured into giving when I originally signed my lease in the office. Yolanda was great and got me everything I needed for my storage unit quick. Gave me all the clear details for the rental agreement.
