The best feature of this place is the 24 hour access. No more twisting your schedule around to make it to your unit before they lock the gates. Extremely convenient. The buildings and property are in good shape and have security sensors and cameras everywhere. They even have a moving truck available for very cheap (to move in, not to move out) The only cons are the advertising of the cheap truck and the cancellation policy. They advertise the truck as "free" but it actually costs $10. Their cancellation policy requires you to cancel 30 days in advance, so don't put off making the call, cancel well in advance or you will end up making an extra payment.

The most socially awkward people I’ve ever encountered run this place. Completely impersonal to the point where it’s hard to understand what they’re telling you when communicating the rules and fine print of the rental agreement. I vacated my unit my unit 20 days before my month was up and figured I’d let them know so they could use the unit. I had already paid for the month and knew I wouldn’t get any money back for the time not used. However, I was suppose to get my security deposit back but the lady told me unless I leave my lock on the unit for 10 more days I don’t get my security deposit. Like excuse me… but I’m turning the unit back to u early but because I’m doing that, I’m being penalized??? GTFOH.

Great place!!! Clean, easy access, and 24 hrs. When you factor in that they don’t gouge you with required insurance fees, the prices are great. Oh and Cindy is super helpful.
