Waterloo Road Self Storage

Today I went to Waterloo storage and got a 10x15 unit. The office was easy access. Once in, I spoke with Katrina. She provided excellent friendly service! She took the time to show me the unit. It was clean and secure. Katrina processed the paperwork quickly and even mentioned the outstanding promotions which I took. Great service! Thank you!

Needed a moving truck so we reserved one here, but it wasn't there when we went to pick it up. They could have just said sorry we don't have a truck for you, but they didn't. Chelsea went above and beyond and made it happen for us. She found a truck at another location and worked it out so we could pick it up there instead. I really needed the truck, so she totally saved the day. Can't thank them enough. You guys are awesome!

Amazing customer service! I reserved a unit about a week or 2 ahead of when I needed it and they were able to accommodate with amazing customer service at the time of move in. And since then I can only praise the service that has been provided great customer service at a competitive price!
