I had the pleasure of interacting with Yai at Your Storage Unit Property and I have to say, the experience was exceptional! From the moment I walked in, Yai was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to all my needs. She took the time to walk me through the different unit sizes, helped me select the perfect one for my needs, and made sure I fully understood the rental process. Yai was also quick to answer any questions I had about security, access hours, and insurance options, which really put my mind at ease. She was patient and made sure I felt confident in my decision. The facility itself is clean, well-lit, and secure, with easy access to my unit. I’ve used other storage facilities before, but the level of customer service Yai provided really stood out to me. She went above and beyond to make sure my experience was smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely recommend this location to others! I set up a rental unit at this location today. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and helped me figure out how the facility worked and where my storage unit was. The facility is so clean and well maintained. I really like that you do everything inside the building so no worries in the rain. Also everything including your unit is opened by your phone. Never have to worry about leaving the key at home. Do watch out for the extra fees on top of the rental price though.

Thank you Your Storage Units Ocoee for making my first storage experience pleasant! The facility is VERY clean, friendly staff, and very spacious units! I stored my stuff for quite some time - and just recently removed it out. I had no issues with any bugs or anything! Everything is accessed via app on your phone! (Yes, very high tech and modern). They even have in-door drive in access which was probably one of the top 3 things I love about this place! They also have carts to help you move your items. I would recommend this place to everyone!
