The pick up number starts with a T. Loading here is super fast and every time I’ve been here. The staff I’ve interacted with have been friendly, professional and polite. I don’t think it’s ever taken more than 40 minutes to load here. I don’t think there is a restroom for drivers. It’s a little bit tricky to get to the first time turn right at the light go past all the bolder looking things, turn right in to the plaza then straight pass a couple of buildings until you see the stop sign, turn left to go pass the railroad, and then it’s on your right. At least that’s where to go for Carthage Caves.
