Extremely friendly and helpful staff, and the building is impeccable at all times. I’ve had a unit here for nearly 15 years and never had any problems. Large freight elevators, complimentary dollys, and parking right by the elevator entrances makes storage very easy and convenient. I can’t speak for the external ones, but internal units are air conditioned to around 62 degrees, and I’ve never had any mould or odour issues even with clothing and rugs. Overall, an efficient and safe place to store things at a good price. Bring your own lock to reduce cost.

Whatever you do, DO NOT bring your belongings here! My storage until has been broken into 3 times in the year that I’ve had my things there! It is definitely an inside job and the staff is so nonchalant and not helpful at all. I’ve never experienced anything so unprofessional. If you value your belongings trust me and go somewhere else with better security and staff with integrity. I’m collecting the little that is left and filing a police report…again!

Incredibly friendly staff and knowledgeable about the various factors that come into making a storage selection. Totally recommend.
