Ms Lynn and Ms Tenya are truly America's Sweethearts. The love and care and attentiveness Ms. Lynn showed me throughout the entire process of acquiring one of their storage units was STELLAR!! I appreciated her vibe on the phone, our conversation made me look NO FURTHER!! HER PERSONALITY LET ME KNOW I WANTED TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LADY 😁😁😁 MONEY CANT BUY THAT!! I thought I was looking for the "cheapest" place...but I don't know if I found it that doesn't matter to me! But I will say, the 2 I called before cost MORE THAN I PAY FOR RENT!! I'm on a fixed income and that just didn't feel right. A & M feels right!!! And it's on autopay aligned with my check so I never have to worry!! ✔️✔️double ✔️

I have been with A&M storage for 3 years and never had I had a problem until yesterday when I was moving my things out. Their gate hit my car. The office assistant was very unprofessional rude and show no concern of the damages done to my car.

These ladies always seem to know the right things to say no matter how your day is going. The customer service is great and I've been with them for two years now. Awesome company
