Prime Storage

Do not RENT here!! I rented climate controlled units with lights. They were working until I moved in, then 8 days later, I did NOT have lights nor climate controlled. I pay for service, if you can’t keep the amenities all 30 days, please don’t expect for me to pay for 30 days. The repairs are not being done, it’s like pulling teeth. High turn over, people are NOT trained and Don’t know what they’re doing.

We had a total of 3 units for close to 4 years. The staff has always been more than helpful. When there was an issue our monthly rent, a quick call got the issue resolved. We’ve never had an issue with parking or accessibility. 👍🏼

Cody and his team are amazing!! He rolled out the storage red carpet for my daughter who will be attending Valdosta State University in the fall. He answered all my questions as a concerned, father and he made my stress disappear instantaneously. He definitely made the impossible possible!! Thanks!! Samual
