I so appreciate Mike at Affordable Storage in Burlington. He is always fair, friendly and helpful. The place is always clean and I always felt safe having my belongings stored there. (For many years) Thank you! 💕

I’m giving them 5 starts right out the gate for customer service over the phone, they didn’t have Availability at time of review, but just based on that phone call these guys are fantastic. .

Super bad customer services the person that was there today 5.7.2024 was extremely rude. Is very useless did not give a receipt for U-Haul dolly. I would never recommend. When we were putting the dolly where he specified he came out and started yelling and cursing. I also suspect the only reason he acted so out of character is due to the fact that my guys are Hispanic. I hope they acquire people with greater education. I will be contacting corporate and the better business bureau to let them know about this misconduct. DO NOT GO THERE
