The general manager (I didn’t get his name) was so kind and helpful! Thank you so much! Then, when I couldn’t find the orange key drop off lock box, I called Customer Service After Hours and told the lady I needed to get a message letting the general manager know what I had done with the key. She was so kind and helpful! For my first experience with U-Haul, it was amazing. Thank you so much!

I will always visit this location whenever im in need even if i have to go a little out of my way. All my moving solutions in the most convenient package, the people are always very helpful and informative, and through their assistance im always able to expedite getting my things moved. I always get what I need and my time is never waisted, thank you, uhaul and uhaul employees for being nothing if not flexible and the picture of excellence.

Thank you to Ryan Roberts who checked my vehicle out. He was very polite during the transaction and ran out in the rain to bring it to the front. When i returned it he spent a great deal of time helping me figure out a U-Box rental for my upcoming move that another agent had discouraged me from taking out of state. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the time he spent taking care of me. I really felt like a valued customer.
