All Secured Storage

This place gave me my garage back. Best storage rates in the area plus one of the only locally family owned facilities. Very clean units and friendly staff.

I had rented a unit from them for a few months and one of their trucks for a move. Every interaction was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It is family owned and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for storage or Uhaul rentals. Also, the office cat is the BEST.

Started my storage rental with this location almost 2 years ago... Went to my storage unit at this location to retrieve some items out of my storage unit today... we have most of our possessions intermingled in the storage unit and we had to pull some things out to separate the items that we were taking out of the storage unit... I had my wife and my 13 yr old son and my 10 yr old and 5 yr old daughters with me also... we had to set some things outside the unit on the ground to be able to separate some of the itims... while doing so I made sure not to make any messes and to not block any other access to any other units around us and what we were doing and made extra sure we were NOT blocking anyone from being able to drive thru the row our unit is in...We got pretty hot due to it being in the 90's today so after about 30 minutes of working in the sun I had my kids get in the car to cool off in the a/c for about 10 min. When we were about to get out of our car to go back to finishing up what we came there to do, there was what looked like to be a 16 or 17 yr old girl walking towards our car... when she came up to my car windows I rolled it down a little and she immediately asked if we're can (clean our shit up). I immediately told her that we were sorting thru a few things and we would be Finnished shortly she then accused us of blocking the ability for others to get through with there vehicles and I told her that there is no way were were preventing anybody to do anything on that property at all and I pointed to the obvious huge pathway there still obviously was and pointed to all the space there was... she at that point said that the owner had seen what we were doing and wanted it cleand up... I said to here that we have been customers there for almost 2 yrs and there is no need for the to be acting like that. She then said she knew exactly who I was and the said that we were the ones that returned a truck low on gas and then complained about them and left a bad review...I then told her we will be finished shortly and to not be disrespectful and that we did nothing wrong and at that point she turned and walked away... hey mister owner... is our business with you NOT welcome?... cant we not use the unit and retrieve items from the unit we pay for when we need to?If we have done something wrong or If you want to reach out to me you have my # and all of my account info. It is not the time for a confrontation or to harass or accost me when my wife and young children are present... that's disgusting behavior and that's how bad reviews happen... just like this...
