Area U Lock

I recently rented a unit here during an emergency move. I had to get my things out of a house I was renting from a landlord who was trying to scam me out of my money. Therefore, I was planning to move several loads throughout the night and throughout the day around my work schedule using my pick-up truck. I explained my story to the owner as I was signing up to get a unit. Once I got a unit, I immediately went to drop off a load. I went back to get another load only to find out the entry time ended at 9pm. I'll admit my fault. I should have read the paperwork more thoroughly, but it never crossed my mind that they would have limited access like that. I was in a hurry, my truck was loaded, I was unable to reach anyone, and it was about to rain, so I just got a unit at another storage facility nearby so that I could keep moving my things. I moved that one load back out the next morning, closed out of my unit. I explained the surprise I got the night before and never was refunded anything for a unit that cost $200 that I had for less than 24 hours. What really made things worse is that my things got rained on that night. The other place I found was much cheaper for a much larger unit, and I received a bill for the unit the following month, even though they told me I had successfully closed out the month before. This was partially my fault, but the owner could have also told me that it was limited access at the time of purchasing the unit, and they could have refunded most of my money, if not all of it, after seeing that I immediately moved back out the next morning.

My husband Mike B and I rented here on several occasions had a great experience never had an issue. Don has always been very helpful. One occasion we actually even text him on short notice and he went out of his way to let us know what units were available so we could move our stuff in asap. He worked with us if there was more to give I would definitely give this place a lot more stars Kudos to everybody that works there. We had an awesome experience.

The owner is very friendly, very polite, very nice. The storage is very clean. We'll highly recommend to everyone I know in the area that needs it.
