Received call that there was water main break. Items may have been affected. I set up a time to come do a physical inspection. The place was so neat and tidy. I have been renting for three years now ,so I saw the place before cube smart. I am impressed. The gentleman moved items around so I could inspect for any water damage. He gave me a complimentary mattress cover too. My items were still in great condition. No smells. No mess. Love it. Thanks for all you do.

You've gone up on my unit again! This time I didn't get a notice. Why are you continuing to do this. That's 70.00 since you've taken it over which is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention you've not addressed as far as I know the rodent issue. Some of us need the units because we have things that are dear to us. So that's a problem and affordability is becoming an issue. As soon as I'm well enough. I'm probably going to have to pack up and get another unit someplace else.
