Apparently this IS how Snapbox does business. Instead of putting the proper funds into a working system or proper security, the solution is a non-time based manual lock. If there are no service hours and only access hours, how are your customers supposed to be able to access their units? Unless there is one person that goes to all of the Snapbox locations to unlock them. This hostage locking process should be included at the minimum as a note on the door of the locations that do this. Makes me want to move out. Oh wait, I can't access my stuff.

Nishanth was very helpful! Ensured my move out process was due to personal reasons not because of a failure with the storage unit itself. The storage facility is easy to access clean and the staff is helpful even if not always on-site. I suggest looking around the property for a staff member if one is not in the office. They may be cleaning another unit in the facility! Would use again if needed.

Would have given zero as unit has been broken into and all but few items stolen. No response from company at 10th Street Little rock. Tried to contact Head Office but again holding call. Do not use Looks like inside job for sons unit and two adjacent units. Very poor service and unsecure units. Go elsewhere for secure storage.
