Union Station Self Storage

Union Station Self Storage is hands down the best storage facility I’ve ever used. The property is spotless and well maintained, with easy access and a very convenient location. What really sets it apart, though, is the manager, Taylor. She is absolutely awesome—friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything goes smoothly. From the start, my experience here has been nothing but positive. It truly feels 100% better than your typical storage facility, and I recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing storage.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience. First off, the owner/property manager was the nicest human I’ve ever met and went WAY out of her way to help me find movers and offer suggestions to make my move the most comfortable, convenient, cost efficient it could possibly be. Second, the facility is not only super cool, but extremely clean. The way they have the loading area set up makes your move so much easier. They also have dollies and carts for you to use. I have moved so many times and had so many storage units and this is, by far, the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. Super impressed with Taylor and her facility!

This place is a hidden gem. Taylor was so awesome accommodating us with a difficult time in our lives. The place is unique, very safe, easy and secured access with accessible facilities to use. We highly recommend Union Station storage in the downtown area of Little Rock
