They have nothing else better to do so they stand outside and tell you you can't park in their two spots. The one with the red hair and whoever the owner is clearly has no sympathy what's so ever. Was late for my appointment for this. They also stand there and security would even come all the way over to the other building that's not theirs and sit on the sidewalk and told me and several others to go park across the street. I noticed he moved his chair after I said something. At least the patients should be able to park on the side lines of the building.

Do yourself a favor and rent anywhere but here. The owner changed the name to erase the poor reputation & reviews of Lighthouse Self Storage but it’s still the same place next door to Planned Parenthood. It’s bad enough that the biohazard trash is next to the gate entrance but driving past the protesters especially sucks. Last year my unit was inaccessible while junkies camped out for 6 weeks. The on site staff is ill equipped to handle even the smallest issues. The owner doesn’t like tenants with disabilities because I got an eviction notice less than 24hrs after my 5 star review criticized him. I had been a tenant for nearly 6yrs before moving to a better facility.

Danny and Nicole have always done their very best to make things easy and flexible when it comes to office and paperwork. The facility is clean and organized. I've had storage there for better part of 3 years. I've looked no further.
