Best Moving and Storage

I've used Best Moving and Storage twice and I've been over-the-moon happy TWICE. Thank you to this team for being so flexible and easy to work with 🔥⭐️⚡️💪 For this latest move, my husband and I decided we'd do the majority of the packing on our own to save on costs. That made it a little difficult to get the right specs to the movers so they could estimate timing and supplies, etc. Serhii and I texted throughout the week leading up to the move so I could update him on our progress and give him a better idea of what would be best for our move (how much help we'd need packing up, etc). Because of this, I feel like we paid a fair price and were able to get the most out of the move with only buying supplies off their truck as we needed to. They brought all materials with them in case we needed more and everything ran smoothly. The team we worked with (Vasyl, Alex, Igor, and Trent) were AWESOME and I particularly appreciate how Vasyl (foreman) was so efficient, communicative, and helpful. There was nothing I brought up or asked for that they couldn't help with. Also, sometimes it can be awkward to just stand/be there while movers are doing all of the work but they insisted on handling everything and I felt comfortable leaving to run some errands while the movers did there thing and my husband stayed back to guide/help. I was particularly happy with being able to trust them and not lift a finger because at the time of this move, I had just reached 7 months pregnant and there was nothing I felt comfortable lifting or doing other than sitting and giving instructions for where things should go. They took extra care to pack everything up (furniture, tech, etc) so that our items arrived clean and in-tact. This was especially helpful considering it was February and the ice/snow made for a messy move — they did so much to keep our items safe and clean. Big thank you to the team for bringing mats to lay on the floors at both houses so the salt and ice wouldn't be an issue. Another added bonus — we had told them that we needed two dismount two TVs which is something they usually list as a line item/add on. While they were filling up the truck, my husband went ahead and dismounted the TVs so in the end, Vasyl corrected the line items to remove those fees. This, of course, was the right thing to do but I feel grateful that they were honest and flexible with that to give us a fair price even though we had planned on paying them to remove the TVs. At the first place we started, three guys were on the team. At lunch, one of them fell ill and by the time they got to the second place, they had already picked up someone who could cover him (versus only working with two people for the second half of the move). I'm so, so happy with our move and will be calling this team again. Congratulations to Serhii, the owner, who has built this business to be so helpful and successful! I had a great experience with Best Moving Chicago. Ren and Alex helped me with my move yesterday, and they were absolutely professional, efficient, and careful with all my belongings. They worked fast but made sure everything was handled safely and properly. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate their hard work and positive attitude. Best Moving was the most affordable rate out there! They did a great job of loading up the truck, disassembling any big furniture, putting everything back together at the new house, and making sure everything was put in the correct room. Our couch would not fit down the basement stairs, but they tried every single way possible before informing us they couldn’t make it down. They were quick, yet careful!
