A great storage unit. It great cleanliness, security, friendly staff, and ease of access. Mentioning fair pricing and a smooth, quick rental process helps me trust the facility. These elements reassure potential customers that their belongings will be safe, clean, and accessible.

When I signed up for the storage unit, the advertised price was $30 per month. Nobody mentioned an additional mandatory insurance fee of $15, so the first month came out to $45. However, starting from the very next month, the price suddenly jumped to $89 per month with no warning at all. After a few months, the price increased again to $112 per month. This is for a small 5x10 storage unit. Temeka at the front desk was helpful and helped us to a good deal!

I recently had to move out of my unit due to moving out of state, and Tamika was incredibly helpful. She explained the move out process through the app, to take the lock / key, etc. She’s the best! I genuinely appreciated her help.
