I have rented many storage spaces at this location in the past including five at once 10x20. I've always chosen this place because of the professionalism of the operation the safety and the overall cleanliness of the location. I recently have returned their to rent a unit prior to retiring same ease of use plus the ability to rent online excellent situation an operation

If I could give zero stars I would. Their absolute disregard for people's time and needs is beyond amazing. I have never encountered a business that cared less about their clients. I had an email confirmation stating what my move in date was. The hours of the office were listed as open Saturday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Went on Saturday (as noted on my confirmation) to move into the storage unit and no one was there. We had a rented truck full of stuff that we needed to offload. Called them multiple times and left messages while we were still there and no one bothered to call us back. Even their voicemail message said they were open from 8:30am to 4:30pm on Saturday. The hours board posted on their door said they were supposed to be open. Next to it was a piece of paper saying "Closed today" with absolutely no one to call and no explanation. This place requires you to stop in the office on your move in day to get your access code. Without it, you cannot get in. We rented the truck, loaded up all of our stuff and had no where to put it. They finally called me back two days later. No apology, no effort to make it right, nothing. All I got was that it was unfortunate. It was substantially more than unfortunate. The girl on the phone could care less.
