StoragePRO Self Storage of Napa

I have been renting a 7x10 unit for about 18mos. The rate just kept increasing with little warning and i was up to $202/mo...crazy. I also have another unit 5x8, same thing with increases and up to $98, so paying $300/mo. I decided to sell some of the furniture and combine the units and asked what options were. I now have another 7x10 unit exactly pike the one I was in and the new rate is $79/mo! What the heck, i could have been saving $120/mo but they never mentioned it, they gave new better rate to new tenants and just kept raising mine, and now i feel completely ripped off! I dont get why you would raise rent on long term leasee's and give better (much lower) rate to new renters? That is completely unfair and very bad business! So beware of your rate increases, they are quite frequent wiht little notice. And one more major pet peeve and very incovenient is having to go to the office to get a cart?? And only can do that during office hours and if they are in office as they may be roaming the storage units or at lunch. Makes no sense to me to lock up carts?? On the plus side, Barbara in the office is an absolute delight to deal with!

i've been renting here for over a year and i'm appreciative of the clean facility and the helpful staff. they're able to help with all my questions and requests. sadly prices have gone up with everything else in the state, but no complaints. i had forgotten the key for my lock and they were able to drill the lock and give me a new one in under 10 minutes. thanks!

I have used storage pro for over 7 years. The property managers are super friendly, helpful and responsive to requests and issues. The facility was immaculate and I never had a concern for my property’s safety. If you’re looking for a great storage facility, I highly recommend StoragePro!
