You will get your stuff stolen. VT student here. Left my stuff here over the summer, locked got smashed off early June, wasn’t contacted or notified by the owners of the storage units. Everything not stolen was trashed or broken. They did it quick and knew what was valuable (they have and will do this a lot). They really didn’t seem to care when I told them and they acted weird when I asked about camera footage. I asked if this happened before and they said it did a year ago and if you check the reviews here there was another break in 3 years ago as well as a coworker telling me someone tried to break into his locker using a saw. And even then they make no effort to improve security. Place used to be a chicken coop, very dirty and smells bad, not worth the price.

The storage units are well maintained with lights. We have an end unit and have had no leaks or damage over the last couple of years. The lady who runs the office is very organized and nice! Recommend to anyone needing a reasonably priced unit.

I'm now at the moment renting two buildings nice people. Very good prices only thing there not 24 hrs access
