We will miss your site manager, Karen. She made the business interactions workable and pleasant. There are other CubeSmarts in the area and other storage businesses. We stayed here because of her. She handled things across the counter when your software and website could not or did not or would not. She understood and applied your policies and procedures correctly. Not all of your clerks can do that. Karen was a gem.

I visited this place because I need to rent several warehouses for my business. But it was horrible to see how the elderly woman who was supposed to be serving customers was more concerned with putting up cones so parents picking up their children from the school across the street wouldn't park. I can't believe a woman could be so mean. I wonder how long a mother can wait to pick up her child from school. Why would this woman be so mean and put up those cones? I'm very disappointed in her behavior.

Tanisha is the best!!!! I mean she is so sweet, polite and beautiful. She did everything so fast for us. I truly give Tanisha 5 + trillion stars 🌟
