Extra Space Storage

Frank has been an awesome help over the past yr and a half! Anytime I've had questions he is quick to get things resolved and help me figure things out to keep my storage units secure. I appreciate his customer service and feel like he always goes above and beyond.

I can’t say enough about Frank and Carey at Kyle Extra Space Storage. I’ve been there a year now and when I needed to get a bigger unit they were quick to help and communication is GREAT! They have always greeted me with a smile. Couldn’t ask for nicer peeps! Also, the space is so clean and well lit. If you are looking for extra storage, you have found your spot!

This facility is very maintained. I have had storages there for almost two years and the place always looks immaculate. We have piece of mind that our belongings will be kept safe at all times. There’s so many other storage facilities in the kyle/Buda area but I will continue to this use and recommend this location because of the manager Frank. He has been excellent to work with and he has gone above and beyond to help us out when needed. So my overall review is 5 stars because of the cleanliness and accessibility of the facility but most of all the customer service that we have received from Frank. Thank you Frank, I will continue to send people your way!
