Do not store here - they have a huge rodent problem ! They have huge black bate stations all around units outside. This should have been a clue if only I knew what they were before I had dead rodents in my shed that I was paying $170 a month for. They ruined a lot of my belongings. Manager told my son it was my fault- what a joke. In last 4 years I have been storing with 3 other places in Queen Creek, Chandler and Gilbert not one of them did I ever see even the least bit of sign of any rodents. My son knew this as he moved my stuff every time and could not believe the mess, and stuff we had to throw away from filth left by rats/mice. I am at another facility for less money - back to a very clean (like new) unit - well lit excellent security indoors ! And no rats/mice

Perfect 👌 location! & The availability was exactly what I was looking for! The office manager Liz was awesome and showed me a couple options that fit the needs of what I was looking for, very professional, tentative, informative from the walk through of available storage space's to the billing portion of it.
